What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your Merakie candles, but we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to return a candle, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the candle is in its original condition—unburned, undamaged, and in the same state as when it arrived at your doorstep.
Please note that returns are not accepted for minor aesthetic imperfections, such as slight misalignments in labels or small dents in the tin. These are natural variations that do not affect the quality or performance of our candles.

My order is incorrect, what do i do?
Please email us at hello@merakie.world with a screenshot of your order ID and the contents of the parcel you received.
Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, even if they were shipped to you incorrectly. To ensure a smooth process, kindly keep any incorrect items in their original condition. Thank you for your understanding!
My order arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it carefully upon receipt. Minor imperfections, such as small dents or scratches that do not impact the candle's performance, are not eligible for returns. For significant damage, email us at hello@merakie.world with your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Ensure the product remains unused and in its original condition. Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
Shipping
How soon will my package be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or sales events, but rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates! If you’re located outside Malaysia and would love to try our products, let us know at hello@merakie.world ; we’d love to hear from you.
